Pest Service Terms in Indiana

What General Pest Control Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Our General Pest Control work is limited to the pests, areas, and treatment methods listed in your service agreement or approved estimate. The service may include an inspection and treatment for common household pests within the agreed scope.
Termite control, specialized pest work, repairs, exclusion, sanitation, and work outside the stated areas require a separate agreement. We will explain proposed changes and get your approval before adding work.
Indiana Pest Solutions holds applicable pesticide business licensing through the Office of Indiana State Chemist. General pest control applications are performed by properly certified personnel, including under Indiana commercial applicator category 7A when required.
Termite control falls under category 7B and is not included unless separately agreed. Pesticides are used according to product labels and FIFRA.
We provide relevant hazard information in line with OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard. Pesticide handling and disposal must follow label directions and applicable Indiana rules.
Appointments, Changes, and Cancellations
Appointments are arranged with you by phone, email, or another agreed method. We will confirm the service date and any preparation or access instructions that apply.
Please provide accurate property details and make sure the technician can safely reach the agreed treatment areas. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible using the contact information at the end of these terms.
Any cancellation fee or notice requirement will apply only if it was disclosed and agreed to when you booked.
If a technician cannot complete the scheduled work because of denied access, unsafe conditions, or missing preparation, we may need to reschedule. We will discuss any applicable charge before applying it.
The estimate or service agreement describes the approved work. If you request added areas, different pests, or other work, we will explain any changes to the scope and price and obtain your approval before proceeding. We may also need to adjust timing if weather or other conditions make treatment unsuitable.
Estimates, Charges, and Payment
An estimate describes the work we propose, the areas or pests it covers, and the price we have quoted based on the information available. It is not approval for work beyond its stated scope.
If an inspection reveals conditions that change the proposed service, we will explain the difference and provide an updated estimate or written scope before performing additional work. You may accept or decline the added work.
Unless your estimate or service agreement states a different arrangement, payment is due when the agreed service is completed. We will identify accepted payment methods and any applicable taxes or disclosed charges before work begins.
Please raise questions about an estimate or invoice promptly so we can review the details with you. We do not promise a particular price until it has been provided for your property and accepted.
Any recurring service charges, cancellation terms, or payment schedule must be stated in the applicable agreement; they are not created by these terms alone.
What to Expect About Service Coverage
Indiana Pest Solutions does not make a general promise that every pest will be eliminated or will never return. Any service warranty, retreatment commitment, or other coverage applies only when it is stated in writing in your estimate or service agreement.
That document will identify the covered pest and areas, the duration, and any steps you must take to keep the coverage in effect. If no written warranty is included, no separate workmanship warranty or fixed coverage period is provided.
Coverage may not apply to conditions outside the agreed treatment area or to new pest activity, structural issues, sanitation concerns, or changes that occur after service. Failure to follow preparation or follow-up instructions may also affect written coverage, where those instructions are part of the agreement.
Contact us promptly if you believe a covered issue remains, and provide the service details so we can review them. We will assess the concern against the written terms and explain any available next step before arranging additional work.

Service Expert at Indiana Pest Solutions
I started in pest control in Indianapolis, where I learned how older homes, busy commercial buildings, and changing seasons each bring different pest problems. Indiana's humid summers and cold winters shaped my approach: identify how pests are getting in, then choose a treatment suited to the property and the season.
Responsibility and Limits on Claims
To the extent permitted by law, Indiana Pest Solutions’ responsibility for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including liability that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or property issues outside the approved service scope. Nothing in these terms removes your responsibility to share relevant property information or follow service and safety instructions.
Pesticides are applied according to product labeling and FIFRA requirements. Applicable Indiana pesticide business licensing and commercial applicator certification requirements, including category 7A for general pest control and category 7B for termite control, remain in effect.
We follow relevant OSHA Hazard Communication requirements for labels and safety data sheets. Any pesticide disposal must follow its label and applicable Indiana hazardous-waste rules. These terms do not authorize work that falls outside the service agreement or applicable law.
Questions About These Terms
For questions about these terms, a scheduled service, or an invoice, contact Indiana Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@indianapestsolutions.top. Written correspondence may be sent to Salesforce Tower, 111 Monument Circle, Indianapolis, IN.
Please include your name, service address, and a brief description of your question so we can direct it to the right person. Do not send urgent safety concerns by email alone; call us or contact emergency services when appropriate.
We may revise these terms as our services or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on the applicable page or otherwise provided to customers when relevant.
A revision applies prospectively and does not change a service agreement already accepted unless you agree to the change or the law permits it. The version provided or posted for a new booking will govern that service.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
